In Seur, we are aware about how important is for our customers their personal data protection,therefore we have adopted and we adquire the compromise of keep on applying several essential measures to stablish a policy regarding the Personal Data Protection and Confidenciality applied to the personal data that we receive, store or process from our customers.

It is our aim to guarrantee the absolute respect regarding Confidenciality and Privacy of all the information that is gathered and proccesed from our customers according to the Legal requirements.

Therefore, Seur does not sell or hire any informatina about its customers, it does not provide of any information of its customers to their parties who are not related with any of the transaction, unless we have a consent from you, authorising that operation according to what it is stablished in this policy or if it is mandatory according with the Current Law or it is neccesary to guarrantee the service provided by Seur.Collection and Purpose regarding the personal data.

The more important aim when we collect and keep our customers personal data is to guarrantee the effectiveness, security and rapidity sending the shipments that we transport.

Seur will use the personal data collected in order to fullfill the transport contracts and service agreements; and it will able to use part of this information to contact our customers and provide an improvement of our services and to inform and care of our current and future services.

Personal data are collected directly from the customer, using forms where the customer reflects those details and permit us to use them. The purpose of the data collecton and its automated processing is:

- The execution and maintenance of whatever are the contractual relations that wheather Seur or its customers or users could keep.

- The execution, management, administration, extension and improvement of the services that were requested or/and used by both users and customers.

- The shipment of general, technical, publicity and promotional information about our products and services using different way, through it is requested authoritation to get several information as email address, phone number, mobile phone number, postal address, etc...

- Making Marketing internal reports which aim is the improvement of our products and services.

Also, the aim of the collection and automated processing includes the sending of Customer Satisfation surveys about our website, which the user has not any obligation to answer back.

Seur offers links to other websites which we understand they could be useful for our users. On the mentionated links the Personal Data Protection Policy is not applied, therefore the inclusion on those website does not involve any obligation from the side of Seur, any access to the products or services that are adviced or for sale on them.

We are aware about the neccesity of guarranting the transit of information between Seur and its customers, for this reason the transactional services work using a very safe server which uses the SSL Protocol (Secure Socket Layer),which is always activated when the user enters to the service using the land line.

The secure host stablishes a conection to make sure that the information is transmited in an encoded way, using algorithyms of 128 bits, which ensure that is only readable for our custome's computer and our server.
